Our team of receptionists are here to help you with appointment bookings and administrative enquiries. When calling for medical attention Receptionists are required to ask the reason for your call in order to triage the urgency and direct you to the most appropriate level of care. All information is treated in confidence as the team are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as doctors and nurses.
