Our branch surgery in Beer is situated in the local authority car park where normal parking charges apply, the car park is virtually flat and is suitable for the disabled. Outside of normal surgery hours patients are asked to contact the Out-Of-Hours service (NHS111) by calling 111.

The operator will assess you on the telephone and then direct you to the correct health provider. This could be a late night chemist, dentist, A&E or an ambulance may be arranged, amongst other solutions.

In an emergency you should call 999. 

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Occasionally we need to close to conduct mandatory staff training and meetings. During this time our telephones will be switched over to Practice Plus Group on Call who can assist you with any medical complaints. In an emergency you should contact 999. We will notify you in advance if we plan to close.
